By accessing and using the Website you acquire the status of "User", which implies full acceptance of all the provisions of this Legal Notice and the rest of the "Legal Texts" including this Legal Notice, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.

For these purposes, the Company may exercise all the judicial and extrajudicial actions it deems appropriate.

All personal data provided to the Company through the Website will be processed by the Company as Data Controller, respecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
